Wedding Day Coordination & Management

Leave the Coordination and Management of your wedding day to our team to oversee all the various details, from deliveries and set ups, from beginning to end and everything in between.  We work with your various vendors for a worry free wedding day.  After all of your plans are in place, this package lets you, your family and friends enjoy the wedding day as guests while your trusted, certified wedding coordinator manages the day. 

You can expect:

• Initial Meeting with Lead Coordinator (ideally 4 – 9  months before your wedding date)
• Final meeting with Lead Coordinator (3 – 6 weeks) prior to your wedding date to review all details.  Our comprehensive and extensive checklist covers every possible item.  You will feel completely relieved afterwards that your wedding day planning is completely arranged to your liking.  A detailed TO DO list is assembled for action.
• Attendance at your rehearsal.  We can facilitate if required.  Flow, special notes and details will be arranged at this time ensuring all parties are prepared.
• Wedding day management begins approximately 2 – 3 hours prior to the ceremony depending on your requirements and prearranged components.
• We will oversee deliveries, ensure the ceremony and reception sites are ready according to your arrangements and work as a team with your vendors.
• We will provide a timeline for your wedding day, prepared by us, approved by you, for the flow of the day.  This will be given to your musicians, MC and caterers.
• We will ensure that any issues that arise will be handled discreetly and with the utmost professionalism.
• We will provide an assistant, complete with emergency kit, to be present at your photography session to assist you and your wedding party/family.
• Many coordinators leave early in the evening; a Bridal Path Weddings coordinator is in attendance until your late night coffee/tea is served.  Arrangements can be made, in advance, for attendance until the end of your wedding reception at an additional cost. 
• We will safely store your keepsake items (cake cutting set, toasting glasses, etc. cards & gifts for you at your prearranged location.

“At Your Service”
Wedding Day Coordination & Management with Partial Planning Services

When you need a little more assistance than the “A Beautiful Day”  Wedding Day Management Package provides, our “At Your Service” Package gives you the peace of mind and security of having all of the services from “A Beautiful Day” along with 10 – 12 hours of wedding planning from your Certified Professional Coordinator.  You can use these hours any way you wish; for vendor referrals, vendor visits, colour palette suggestions, detailing assistance, suggestions on where to find certain items, or just to put your plan all together with you. Etiquette answers and problem solving are just some of the ways Bridal Path Weddings brides are using this service.

You can expect:

• Initial meeting with your Lead Coordinator
• Finalization Meeting 3 – 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.
• All details from Be My Guest Package including production of your wedding day timeline
• 10 - 12 hours of wedding planning to assist you.

Full Wedding Coordination & Management

Brides who are starting out, who want to spend their wedding $$ wisely, save time from doing a lot of vendor research, want to plan with a professional, want a worry-free planning year with someone who will help them through  the overwhelming list of TO DOs,  will want to choose this package.  Particularly popular for brides who are planning from a distance, couples who are both working full time, students and professionals without adequate time (it takes approximately 240 hours on average to plan a wedding).

We operate on a flat rate fee basis, not on a percentage of your wedding budget.  You will know upfront the cost of our services.  Please contact us for your individualized quote.

• Initial Meeting with your Lead Coordinator
• Unlimited access to your coordinator via email, phone and in person.
• Budget preparation
• Vendor referrals if requested to trusted professionals who fit your style, theme and budget.
• Wedding Day Planning Timeline with a checklist of the various components and “to be done by” dates.
• Seating Plan assistance.
• Personalized attention to detail & our commitment.
• All components listed in “A Beautiful Day” and “At Your Service” wedding coordination packages are included. 
• Bridal Path Weddings understands that each couple, their vision and requirements are unique and different, therefore the “Be My Guest” Package can be customized with additions particular to your personal requirements.
